At the heart of Full Circle sits the Rating and Billing Engine. This supports any call plan a reseller may devise, allowing for complex variable rating and billing parameters. It measures revenue and margin by carrier, by billing cycle or by customer and there is no restriction on the number of tariff tables allowed with flexible marketing schemes and bespoke call plans permitted. The Engine also allows bundling of services, cross product discounting, fixed rate tariffing and multi-jurisdiction tariffing.
Importantly the Telco can gain a clear understanding of the data moving into the billing process and the resultant billed data, helping to ensure the rating and billing process is accurate.
The resultant bill can be presented to the customer via a variety of methods ranging from a traditional paper bill to Electronic Bill Presentation.
