Revenue protection and fraud prevention are key issues facing Operators in the Telecommunication marketplace. Full Circle allows the Operator to set up call tolerances in respect of individual customers to detect fraud. These can be set for calls that are out-of-hours or to premium rate numbers, calls of a long duration, or calls that cost more than a specified amount. If these tolerances are breached, the customer and the Operator are alerted by their chosen means. |
