Software360 offers Technical Support on all its solutions. Working closely with the development team the support team resolves user issues and works closely with the client to ensure that future enhancements and releases of Full Circle reflect the needs of the client and the problems presented in a rapidly changing marketplace. The Company offers a range of support levels designed to offer the most effective level of support to each client.

Each Client has a dedicated Project Manager who acts as the key interface to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Project Manager ensures that the requirements specification is clearly documented and will produce a project plan with agreed delivery dates. The Project manager will hold regular scheduled updates with the Client to review progress and ensure the effective management of the project.

As each client will have a number of different levels of user, training sessions are tailored to the specific audience and range from “super users” to the Executive Team.
